Clearwater Living has announced the debut of Clearwater Highland Park, a new senior housing complex in Dallas.
The project, which is Clearwater's third in Texas, is located at 4215 Hershel Avenue in the Turtle Creek neighborhood. The building includes 121 studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom homes, each with full kitchens, in-unit washer and dryer sets, and high-end finishes.
“Opening Clearwater Highland Park has been an incredibly meaningful milestone for us,” said Clearwater's chief executive officer Danielle Morgan in a news release. “To see this beautiful community come to life, and to watch new residents and our Clearwater team building genuine relationships from day one, has been truly fulfilling. Clearwater remains committed to creating welcoming environments where seniors can thrive through enriching experiences, personalized support and a strong sense of belonging.”
The property will also offer programming, wellness classes, and social events for residents, as well as dining through Clearwater's Savor Culinary program. Amenities include a fitness center, a salon, a theater, and landscaped terraces.
Clearwater operates a total of 16 properties across multiple states.
