15-story high-rise set to start work later this year in Turtle Creek

Construction is set to commence soon for a high-rise in Turtle Creek, reports the Dallis Morning News. 

Clover Tower, a project from Validus Development Group, will rise from a site located at 2701 Hood Street. 

GFF is designing the high-rise.

Plans call for a 15-story building featuring 52 apartments. The project, reports The News, was originally to consist of a 29-story building with 104 residential units, but was downsized to serve a higher end of the market with larger units. 

The cost of the building is estimated at $85 million. 

Construction is projected to begin later this year. Completion would occur in early 2029, based on that timeline.
