Wood Partners has announced the opening of Alta Park Central, a 297-unit, five-story residential community in North Dallas.

Alta Park Central, located at 12389 Merit Drive, includes studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments. Advertised rents range from $1,490 to approximately $2,450 per month.

Although Wood Partners has withdrawn from building on the West Coast, it continues to build in Texas, with 23 properties now located in the state.
